Warped Tour Crush Crush Crush

So on this week’s episode, I said I was going to go over my top Warped Tour memories. I sort of forgot that I’d already done that so my apologies. Being closer to 40 than 30 will make your brain unable to recall the simplest of things. I won’t leave you hanging though. Instead of the mmrs, I’m going to shine a light on the bands that never failed to make me crawl out from whatever shade I could find and stand in the sweltering heat. Yup, these are my Warped Tour crushes that always delivered live.

Fall Out Boy

I would’ve gladly gone every year they played, but they only did it twice and I went to the last year they did it. After that, they were just too big for the festival circuit.

The Academy Is…

The last time I saw this band I was not thrilled, but before that – when ‘Almost Here’ was still fresh…I was ready to do what needed to be done during “Checkmarks.”

We Are The In Crowd

Was I always one of the oldest in their crowd? YUP. But that didn’t matter because I adored their little pop-rock asses.

The All-American Rejects

I love to swing swing.

Hellogoodbye

Back when Hellogoodbye was wearing sweatbands and tiny shorts, they were the best band to see in this scene. Just a riot of a good time from start to finish.

All Time Low

Listen to this week’s episode about the dangers of an All Time Low crowd.

Motion City Soundtrack

Always worth the watch; impeccable.

New Found Glory

It felt illegal to not watch New Found Glory at Warped Tour.

Paramore

Even in their fetal stage way back when, Paramore was perfection.

Taking Back Sunday

Excuse me, I’m still having major FOMO from watching all the clips of Taking Back Sunday in a Long Island backyard on Twitter. Just makes me miss them at Warped even more.
